my Unit III ideas for the argumentative is!!!!!
How male sports dominates woman sports. In sense this is explaining how even in sports, fan still favor male side regardless. Despite the fact that some woman sports such as basketball back in 2016, they were really good yet there was no fans or support for the team, while fans are raving over the male teams even though they were not that great as the women.
This image shows how sports coverage favor the male side and the women don't get as much coverage as the male.
This matters because it shows that male still dominates even in sports, and there is no true equality in between sexes. Also people don't pay attention to the quality of the team, instead they focus on the gender, meaning whatever sports, as long is there is male players... people will watch and support regardless and neglect the women team. This is still happening in 2017 even though women fight for their rights and we the society say that male and females are equal yet in certain areas we are not, for example sports.
Stakeholders? 1.) women: females don't have the same respect as male sports even though they were equivalent or better in terms of skills. 2.) businesses specialize for sports: they want to make money, so women don't attract a lot of attention so they don't favor the women's team. 3.) female sports team: There is less opportunity for women to play sports that male sports can play, so there is this gab between male and female sports.
